Wedding- Blue and Gold Series
From: $425.00
On a deeply spiritual level, the Jewish wedding is a beautiful representation of the marriage on Mount Sinai that took place between the Jews and God. The bride and groom are united as one soul with an elaborate series of traditions before and on the wedding day. Serious and lighthearted moments, blessings, traditional foods, and ceremonies make up the big day for Jewish brides and grooms.
SEMI ORIGINAL GICLÉE is a reproduction on mounted and stretched canvas with wrapped edges. The entire canvas is then painted over, recreating the look of an original painting with brush strokes and texture. Much time and effort goes into creating each giclée to make it into a masterpiece. It can either be hung as is, or framed.

About This Painting
The elaborate nature of the Jewish wedding is captured perfectly in this blue and gold depiction of marriage. The bride and groom, pictured under the chuppah, are surrounded by their friends and family members on all sides. Just as Sarah and Abraham’s home was always open to guests, the chuppah is open on each side to mirror that sentiment.
The thing that stands out most in this painting of a Jewish wedding by Nechama Fine Art, is the white glow of the bride’s wedding gown. The white gown is a symbol of God’s pure love for mankind. Just as the Jews became on with God on Mount Sinai, the bride and groom also become one at the conclusion of their wedding ceremony.
