Yam Suf- Blue and Gold Series
One of God’s greatest miracles was the Parting of the Red Sea. Through Moses, God was able to split the Red Sea to help the Jews escape the wrath of the Egyptians. In this event, God demonstrated his power and protection over the people of Israel.

About This Painting
Seven days after the Israelites fled from Egypt, God parted the Red Sea through Moses. The Egyptians were pursuing the people of Israel, and they chased them all the way to the shores of the Red Sea. God used Moses to part the Red Sea, allowing the Israelites to pass through unharmed. When the Egyptians followed them into the part, God folded the sea back on top of them. While the Parting of the Red Sea is one of God’s most well-known miracles, it is also a symbol for the miracles he performs each day.
This Jewish painting by Nechama Fine Arts calls us to remember that God can and will protect us if we remain faithful. It reminds us not to take everyday miracles, like good health and having food to eat, for granted.
